Recruitment Consultant

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform business development to acquire clients by various ways and maintain accounts

  • Understand clients’ requirements and needs clearly to create job orders

  • Liaise with clients and jobseekers according to the job’s requirements

  • Perform full cycles of selection & recruitment such as: sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting suitable candidates according to clients’ requirements, arranging interviews for clients, etc.

  • Arrange candidate to report at company and other matters

  • Follow-up after sales


Requirements

  • CEI Certificate required

  • Minimum ‘A’-Level and above

  • Good communication and business development skills

  • Proactive and sales driven, enjoy sales and business development, passionate in managing clients and job seekers

  • Sales-oriented

  • Ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking people

  • 1-2 years of experience will be an advantage
